About Return & Exchange
At Padmate, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your items. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in perfect condition with all labels and original packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if labels have been removed or packaging is damaged.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, in-ear products cannot be returned if the packaging seals are broken.
Shipping and Handling
- Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, including returns. No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
- You are responsible for shipping the returned items back to Padmate. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot compensate for items lost in transit.
- Shipping charges for returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, Padmate will not charge additional shipping fees for exchanges.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed within two weeks of receiving the items and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded, nor will the original shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed without additional shipping charges.
- Reminder: If the customer fails to fulfill customs clearance obligations, resulting in the package being unable to clear customs, the package may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, our company assumes no responsibility and does not accept refund requests due to the failure to complete customs clearance.
Our company only accepts return requests due to quality issues or shipping errors. Requests for refunds or returns due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance obligations will not be processed.

Warranty
Most products (exclude gifts & clearance sale products) come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact us at service@padmate.cn for assistance.
Reminder: Clearance sale products are not eligible for the standard 1-year warranty. However, if you encounter any product quality issues, you can reach out to our customer service at service@padmate.cn within 15 days of receiving your product. We will provide one free replacement for any verified defects.
