How do I access the sleep music library using NFC?

Make sure your smartphone supports NFC and that NFC is enabled before getting started.
Then follow these simple steps:
1）Enable NFC: On Android phones, go to Settings and turn on NFC. On compatible iPhones, NFC tag reading is generally enabled automatically.
2）Locate the NFC area: Find the NFC reading area on the back of your phone.
3）Tap the mask: Hold the NFC area of your phone close to the NFC tag on the MongDa V3 sleep mask.
4）Open the music library: Follow the notification or link that appears on your phone to access the sleep music library.

Where is the NFC reading area on my phone?
iPhone: Usually near the top of the back of the phone, close to the rear camera. Position the top edge of your iPhone near the mask's NFC tag.
Android: The NFC reading area varies by brand and model. It is commonly located around the upper or middle part of the back of the phone. Start near the rear camera and slowly move your phone until the tag is detected.

NFC not working?
Make sure NFC is enabled (if required), unlock your phone, and hold it close to the mask's NFC tag for a few seconds. If it doesn't respond, try adjusting the phone's position or removing a thick or metal phone case. You can also check your phone manufacturer's instructions for the exact NFC antenna location.

Can I sleep on my side while wearing it?

Mongda V3 is designed as a wearable sleep mask with built-in speakers rather than in-ear earbuds. Comfort can vary depending on head size and sleeping position, so we recommend adjusting the strap for a secure but relaxed fit.

Can I use my own music or sleep sounds?

Yes. Pair the mask with your smartphone via Bluetooth and play compatible audio from your preferred music, meditation, podcast, or sleep-sound app.

Do I need Bluetooth or an app to use it?

No. You can use the built-in sleep modes without connecting the mask to your phone. Bluetooth is mainly used when you want to play audio from your phone through the mask.

Can I wash the mask directly under running water?

No. Do not rinse or soak the electronic components. Keep the device away from water unless the product is specifically rated for water exposure.

Only the aroma pad is washable.

Can I use the infrared heat mode if I have sensitive skin or an eye condition?
