How does the AI voice assistant help me?

You can control everything without touching your phone:
1) Start/stop recording;
2) Take photos/videos;
3) Play music;

How long can I record videos?

You can record up to 12 minutes per clip.
To adjust recording time: 
Open the APP → Home → “My Glasses” → Recording Settings → Video Duration (choose from 15s to 12min).

No sound from the glasses?
  • Make sure the glasses are powered on and connected to your phone
  • Check if the glasses are connected in your phone's Bluetooth settings
  • Try unpairing and re-pairing the glasses
  • Restart both the glasses and your phone's Bluetooth, then rebind the glasses
Do smart glasses need to be connected to a phone?

Some functions (such as data sync, calls.photo transfer) require Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection with the app, but basic functions(like taking photos, recording audio or video)can be used independently after initial app connection.

Bluetooth not connecting?
  • Ensure the glasses are in pairing mode(powered on with indicator flashing)
  • Delete the glasses from your phone's Bluetooth history (remove old devices in settings). Restart both your phone and the glasses).
  • Try connecting with another phone to identify whether the issue is with the glasses or phone
  • Perform a factory reset
Bluetooth frequently disconnects?
  • Keep the glasses close to your phone(within 3 meters is best)
  • Turn off other Bluetooth devices to reduce interference
  • Update both the glasses firmware and the app to the latest version
Which app version should l download? Compatibility?
  • For the best user experience, please download the latest version of the app
  • The app requires Android 9.0 or above, or IOS 13.0 and above
Can I make calls? How is call privacy ensured?

Bluetooth calling is supported, but the open speaker may leak sound.
For private calls, it is recommended to use earphones or lower the volume.

Is there a prompt when taking photos,videos, or recordings?

There will be indicator lights or sound prompts, but please follow local privacy laws to avoid illegal recording of others.

Wi-Fi connection fails when importing photos/videos/audio?
  • Ensure your phone's Wi-Fi is turned on and connected to the glasses’ Wi-Fi when importing
  • Check that both the glasses and Wi-Fi firmware are up to date.
  • Restart the glasses and the app.
Where are photos/videos/audio saved?
  • They are stored in the glasses' local memory by default (temporary storage)
  • Once connected, files can be transferred to the app.
What if the local storage is full?

It is recommended to regularly sync data to the app.
After syncing: Content is uploaded to the app and local storage on the glasses will be automatically cleared to free up space.

Will synced content be lost?

No, files are permanently saved unless you manually delete them.
