Frequently Asked Question
1）Confirm whether the charging compartment has power, please refer to the manual for specific charging compartment power indication - light indication.
2）The earbuds may not fit completely in the charging compartment, please take the dual earbuds out of the charging compartment to adjust the position of the earbuds in the charging compartment.
3）Please press the contact pin in the charging compartment to see if it pops up properly.
4）Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the charging compartment charging ejector pin.
5）Charge at temperatures of 0°C - 40°C (32°F - 104°F), and may not charge at lower or higher temperatures.

When the left and right earphones cannot be paired, please click the S58 four times when they are not connected tothe phone (both left and right are required). After the four clicks take effect, they will automatically shut down and the reset is completed. Then put the cearphones into the charging compartment

I used it in the gym. The sound was excellent like flagship model. There was no leaking of sound. The earbuds stayed safely on my ears during the whole workout period. It was easy to wear and looked chic.
