1）Confirm whether the charging compartment has power, please refer to the manual for specific charging compartment power indication - light indication. 2）The earbuds may not fit completely in the charging compartment, please take the dual earbuds out of the charging compartment to adjust the position of the earbuds in the charging compartment.
3）Please press the contact pin in the charging compartment to see if it pops up properly.
4）Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the charging compartment charging ejector pin.
