About Bluetooth connection

2. If the Veryfit you used is not the latest version:
Android users can download and install through Google Play, and IOS users can download and install through the App store. Or scan the App QR code on the watch to download and install.
3. If the model of the mobile phone does not support:
Android system requires 6.0 or higher, and the IOS system requires 9.0 or higher.
4. If the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is not turned on, please turn on the Bluetooth of the watch.
5. If the watch is not nearby, the screen of the watch should be lit when connected.
6. If the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone fails, the Bluetooth function needs to be restarted.
7. If you have connected the watch with other IOS mobile phones before and performed Bluetooth pairing. When connecting again, the device needs to be ignored in the Bluetooth device of the mobile phone.

About Bluetooth calling

1. Amplify the voltage power button (upper key), after the flashing screen, 2 minutes after the automatic connection BT, after 2 minutes, there is no connection, manual connection BT.
2. Please check if you have any mobile phone's BT Bluetooth to bind. After pair with phone, you can answer and make calls on the watch.

About Heartrate

The watch uses the photoelectric transmission measurement method to test the heart rate. About step counting problem

About touch problem

Other Problems

1. During the upgrade process, the distance between the watch and the mobile phone becomes farther, resulting in the disconnection of Bluetooth, and the upgrade of the watch fails (the Bluetooth connection distance of the product is about 10 meters, and the connection may be disconnected beyond this range) --> Reconnect to the Bluetooth and continue to complete the upgrade.

c) If the product is not turned on for a long time, or if the product is not powered up in time when the product is turned off at low power, and it is placed for a long time, the battery capacity will easily decay, making the battery life of the product worse; it is recommended to keep the battery powered or turned off when not in use.
d) If the real-time heart rate is turned on, the watch detects the heart rate every 5s, which will cause high power consumption, which will shorten the battery life. It is recommended that customers turn on automatic heart rate detection according to their needs. It can reduce power consumption and prolong the battery life of the watch.

2. Other external factors:
a) During using, it is not noticed that the product needs to be charged at 5V voltage, but a high-power charger is used to cause the capacitor to be broken down. After the capacitor is broken down, it will cause abnormal power consumption and lead to fast power consumption. It is recommended to use a 5V adapter for charging.
b) If the hardware of the product fails, it is recommended to check and confirm according to several factors in point 1. If there is still a phenomenon of fast power consumption, it is recommended to contact the after-sales service center.

After binding the watch, click "Device-->Incoming Calls-->Favorite Contacts--Add", the mobile phone address book will be displayed and select the favorite contacts to be added (the address book is limited to a maximum of 10 people).
