1. Confirmation

We'll begin preparing your order as soon as we receive it.
Check your inbox for a confirmation email that shows we have received your order.
Should you wish to cancel at this time, we will do our best. 

2. Processing

You should allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Should it take longer than this, we'll send you an email to let you know.

In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we carefully prepare all items for shipping. Quality control checks are carried out in-house before your goods are carefully packed to ensure safe and successful transit. 

3. Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the world. Delivery time will depend on your region and the shipping method used. In some countries, we provide fast, local delivery with NO VAT. Please check the warehouses section below for more details.

※ Recent shipping are giving priority to the items that people need the most, you may experience shipping delays. Good news is US, Brazil, Germany warehouses and Hong Kong shipments are less affected.

We have warehouses across the globe.
Your order will ship from the warehouse that offers the quickest delivery to your location

PaMu Slide Mini are now shipping in priority from overseas warehouses in United States and Germany

The rest of other products will be shipped from the warehouse in China.

* Currently, overseas warehouses only contain PaMu Slide Mini but more products will be added in these warehouses soon. 

4. Delivery

After your order is processed, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier company's website. You can also track the progress of your order from our website: https://padmate-tech.com/pages/tracking-order1 

Should there be any issues with your delivery, we will contact you via customer email: service@padmate.cn. 
If you don't receive your goods, please contact our team and we will endeavour to resolve the problem within 24 hours. Requests for deliveries that are over 6 months late may not be accepted.

Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of our products, Padmate has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Custom Tax or Duty:

All orders we receive from the USA, Europe, and Brazil pay NO VAT.
For orders from other parts of the world, customers won't be charged additional fees if delivery is via regular mail services. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspections, you may have to pay a tariff. 

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping:

We're sorry but we are unable to deliver to the above military addresses.
