1. Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

2. Processing

It usually takes 1-2 business days for your order. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. 

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide and the delivery time depends on your region and shipping method (for some countries, we provide fast local delivery and NO VAT. Please check the following PaMu global warehouses for details)

4. Delivery

Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it on our website here: We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery.

Please contact us within 6 months if you don't receive the goods or the receipt, our representative will resolve the problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Important Notice:

IProcessing time: In order to guarantee the quality of our products, Padmate has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Custom Tax or Duty:

For orders send from US, Europe and Brazil warehouses, NO VAT. For all the other orders, normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service by submitting a ticket. 

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping:

We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered.
